Brazing Bronze Bellows to Brass Casting

Dual concentric heating coils heat top and bottom of bellows simultaneously.
Transformer raises and lowers to accomodate heating and then removal of the finished part and insertion of next part.
Shuttle moves alternatively left and right as parts are loaded, heated, and later unloaded.
All-pneumatic control system provides semi-automatic operation, high production rate with only one operator.
