| Handheld induction Transformer heats a large diameter ( 75mm) nut to cherry red in seconds. Expansion of the nut by heat allows easy removal when the nut is frozen in position by corrosion or galled threads. Use of induction heating nut expansion can cut hours off service/repair time on large multi-bolt flanges in petrochemical and power plants. |

| Mobile Induction System is useful in jet
engine and gas turbine repair. If the part or assembly to be heated cannot be
easily moved, this mobile induction heating system can be rolled or hoisted
into position. The flexible power cable and handheld heating device then can be
snaked up to where the heating is required. |

Thru heating 1/2" thick steel plate with special flat plate heating induction coil for the Naval Shipping Industry. The mobile roll-around apparatus is for spot heating deck plate and bulkhead straightening. The method (1) eliminates the need for gas torches, (2) better concentrates the heat zone and (3) minimizes paint burning of the surrounding surface.
