Preheating of aluminum assembly

Preheating an aluminum assembly that has been tack welded but not fully welded.  Process required heating the double weld area to 500 degrees F in 10-15 seconds from the bottom side. Production rate 1000 PCs. per day. Without preheating the final weld process would not create a sealed (non-leaking) joint between tubes and adapter plate.

Proprietary production fixture and special heating coil photos by MSI's
design team are not available for public disclosure.
