• Full automatic part fixturing system fed by vibrator bowl feeder.
• Part lowered automatically into heating coil
• Part rotated by small overhead motor while being heated
• At end of PLC-controlled heat cycle, lower ceramic pin releases and part drops into turbulent quench tank.
